This is my uncle Paul. He and Auntie Suzanne lives in London. Uncle Paul said that there is a nice big park near his house, with swans, ducks and dogs. I like dogs. Oh, and he said he will take me to see London Bridge, too.
It's raining outside so Mommy and I went to the mall for the indoor playground. I tried to make some friends, but the bigger kids mostly ignored me and the little ones just seem clueless. This turtle is my favorite ride. He is so big and gentle!
Getting ready for our Japan trip next month. Which look is better for me? Mommy picked up 2 books in Kinokuniya. We are going to read about Hachiko, the loyal dog and where to find best Tonkasu in Tokyo!
I am one year old today! We are in Chicago visiting Uncle Eric and Auntie Julia. We had a big breakfast at Tempo, walked up Michigan Ave, visited Drake Hotel and along the lake to Navy Pier. Dinner at the Pagasus from My big fat Greek wedding. A fresh fruit cheese cake and teddy bear and a pretty sweater was waiting for me when we got back. Did I make a wish? I think so, I will tell you next year :) Many people called to wish me a happy birthday, thank you all! Big Kiss from Ella
I know it's still a couple days away, but Grandpa is in town and a girl can never have too many parties :) Thank you Uncle Johnny and Auntie Ihsien for the toy train FROM PARIS!!! Grandpa and Grandma for the piano, Mommy and Daddy for the rocking ladybug :)
We went to SF today. I thought we are going to pick up uncle Johnny and auntie Ihsien coming back from Paris, but we stopped at a bakery . The lady handed Mommy a pretty pink box. Is it a cake for me??
We are having brunch at the River Inn. There is a beatutiful creek running by the inn. Water is cold, but Daddy and I had fun trying to catch whatever floating by. It is a wonderful morning listenin to jazz and playing in the water in the beautiful Big Sur.
Last year around this time, Mommy and Daddy were still having a romantic time camping. Ha :) but not this year! I am here with them today at the Ventana Campground in Big Sur, about 2 hour drive from Mountain View. The camp ground is nested in 40 acre redwood lined canyon and with Post Creek, a small stream that runs through the redwood trees. There are hot water, so I was able to take a bath after getting all dirty crawling on the ground and playing at the beach. We had dinner at Nepenthe restaurant which has an amazing deck to enjoy the sunset and a starry night sky by the fire.
